Aly's Cookies does not use preservatives EVER, and as a result the Icing Packets will need to be stored in the refrigerator if not using within a few hours. Let come to room temperature before using. Icing may separate the longer it is stored and packet simply needs to be worked with hands to mix back. Icing stays good for about a week.
